AJ Shepard
Founder
AJ is a licensed property manager in the state of Oregon and also a licensed Contractor in Oregon. His experience in real estate started more than 10 years ago in the contracting business. Finding his passion in real estate and construction management has created an avenue for this company to help provide all services necessary to its clients. Knowing the trade and the ability to manage many allows for streamlined maintenance for the investors property at a reduced cost.

Chris Shepard
Co-owner
Chris is a licensed broker in Oregon and professionally manages properties in the Portland Metro area. Managing investments since 2009, Chris has extensive experience with all phases of property management and cares for each property as though they were his own. With this background, it's simple for him to discern whether to replace an appliance or get it fixed, whether to spend the money to replace some carpet, or to just have it cleaned. He has the investor's best interests at heart.
Dustin Sauer
Co-owner
Dustin Sauer, owner of Offsite Professionals and Overland Van Project, traces his passion for adventure and innovation back to childhood road trips with his family. Despite starting his career with aspirations in Civil Engineering, Dustin's journey led him through various roles in environmental engineering and commercial project management before discovering his true calling in custom camper van design. Through Overland Van Project, Dustin crafts bespoke camper vans that marry intuitive layouts with innovative designs, utilizing only the finest materials and building methods. Offering both Fully-Custom and Semi-Custom layouts, Dustin ensures that each client can embark on their adventures with comfort and versatility. Under his guidance, the Overland Van Project has become synonymous with quality and adventure, transforming dreams of the open road into tangible realities.
Allen De Leon
Director of Operations
Allen worked as AJ’s right hand and she has been instrumental in establishing the business from the ground up. She’s in charge of the overall operations, managing our clientele, and our team of professionals. She oversees overall operations, manages clientele, and leads a team of virtual professionals. From the inception of the company to its current success, her pivotal role has driven significant growth and development.
